Brompton Associates Leadership Development Course Provides You With Maximum Value
Training includes
· Three one to one coaching sessions (the first is held two weeks before the Residential five day course, the second coaching session takes place on the course and the third coaching session is two weeks after to ensure that the learning is embedded into everyday actions)
· Three hour group training sessions held each morning on the course
· One to one personal training and assessment of keeping healthy body, and therefore a healthy mind
· Group pilates/yoga sessions each morning before breakfast for focus and balance
· Two group runs along the beach, led by a personal trainer for those who want to keep fit
Food and Accommodation
· Five nights stay in a beautiful Villa in Spain overlooking the mountains and bay.
· Breakfast, lunch and dinner (except a meal on the last day) are included. The food is designed to be high in taste as well as nutrition and is prepared by a top chef.
Travel to and from La Herradura is not included at this time, however flights are inexpensive and frequent from London to Malaga. (Please contact us for more information about getting from Malaga Airport to and from La Herradura).
