Executive Coaching

Executive Coaching and Business Coaching are effective ways of developing your skills as a Leader and therefore gaining higher productivity from your people.  It also allows for time to think strategically and take smart action to gain better business results.

1. Interventionist Coaching:  Do you have someone with a great talent, however they have a development area that is preventing them from moving up the career ladder, or they are causing other problems in the business?  In this case we run 6 - 10 sessions with strict goals and measurements of success.
2. Leadership Development:  For new Leaders who need to hit the ground running, or those who have a particular business challenge where the support of Executive Coaching will ensure better business results.
3. Leadership Coaching:  Typically at Senior Management and Board Level where management training courses are no longer applicable as a way to develop as good Leaders.  This is a longer term arrangement with face-to-face Coaching on a monthly basis and continuous phone support between sessions.
4. Business Coaching:  For those who own or run businesses.  It can feel lonely at the top at it is important for these people to have an independent, qualified professiional who can help them move their business to the next level and support them through change.
