10 x 1 or 2hr coaching sessions either weekly, or fortnightly, focused specifically on one or two goals e.g. strategic thinking, controlling emotions at work, gaining confidence, time management.
Leadership Coaching – for people senior executives looking for ongoing executive coaching.
2-3hr monthly sessions for leadership coaching. Helping leaders to understand what high performance leadership looks like and to change their approach to gain this. Ultimately measured through high delivery by the leader’s team/department to the organisation.
Specialist “Leadership for Women” Coaching – for women leaders to gain high performance and career progression within their organisation, womens leadership coaching can really help.
10 x 1 or 2hr coaching sessions (or group coaching for 3 – 6 people) to support women within an organisation that wants to increase its number of women leaders. E.g gaining high performance in their roles, gaining recognition from managers, having confidence in their own leadership styles.
