The Programme?
This is designed as a fun, relaxing, enjoyable way to learn and develop with the chance to make some lasting changes! So everything on the programme is optional and you are free to pick and choose, come and go as you like (lounge by the private pool, or 25 minutes walk to a 2km beach with sun-loungers, 1hour drive to Granada, 45 minute drive to Malaga, 10 minutes drive to Nerja).
We provide a mix of Individual Services (totally confidential) and Group Activities (do not involve having to share personal goals).
Pre – Retreat Work:
Two weeks before the Leadership Development Course, you will have a conversation with the coach to decide what it is that you’d like to focus on in your work during the week. Set up your key goals and measurements of success.
On the Retreat:
Individual Services:
• One to one coaching sessions throughout the week to ensure you are reaching your goals for the Training Course
• A private individual discussion with a personal trainer and pilates instructor plus a personal pilates programme designed just for you.
Group Activities: (None of the group activities involve sharing personal goals)
• Group Coaching/Training involving some theory, exercises and group learning
Basic Pilates/Yoga in the early sunshine overlooking the pool (no experience is required)
• Fun ways to keep fit on the beach – designed for the group by the personal trainer (the beach is quiet at this time of year and a beautiful place for power walks, running etc…)
• Guided meditation (this does not involve sharing personal goals)
Nearer the date we can provide you with a timetable of events.

The Drink?
This Leadership Development Course is about developing ourselves in mind and body to become better Leaders so we are aiming at providing a reasonably healthy diet which does not include alcohol or high amounts of caffeine. You can buy alcohol in the supermarket in the village.

Meet the Team
Rebecca Watson - High Performance Coach

I've coached hundreds of people at all stages within their careers, including entrepreneurs and business owners. All of my clients, from CEOs to new team leaders have wanted to enjoy their work. The surest way to being a Great Leader is to love the work we do and know that we are making a difference each day.
I started out as a commercial lawyer and hated it. I moved careers several times before finding what I love and what I'm best at. So I know what it's like to spend hours of your life thinking "I'm in the wrong job but I don't know what else to do" or "I'm on the right path but I'm not getting the results I expected".
I specialise is Leadership Coaching and how to gain High Delivery from Teams. I feel passionately that you don't get to be a Great Leader if you don't take the time and effort to work on yourself.
Richard G. Barker - Michelin Star Chef
Richard trained as a Chef at the Michelin starred restaurant 'Le Talbooth' Group in Dedham Essex, one of only seven in the U.K. at the time.
After a brief spell working as Head Chef for Trust House Forte in Windsor, Richard started cooking his own menu ideas at 'The George' in Egerton Kent, creating traditional food (classically trained French) but with a modern twist.
After extensive travel around Asia and the Indian Sub-continent, Richard and his young family moved to La Herradura in Andalucia where as Head Chef, he opened 'La Tartana', designing a modern fusion menu with dishes and flavours from around the world. 'La Tartana' soon became the 'place to eat', which led on to Richard opening 'Las Granadas' offering Thai, Indian, Mexican and European food in a relaxed modern atmosphere.
On returning to the U.K. seven years later, Richard is now cooking for the commercial film industry with THEM film location caterers, providing quality food to the film industry, having fed Jamie Oliver, Heston Bluminheck, Joanna Lumley, Elle McPherson and Katie Price, just to name a few.
Richard is looking forward to preparing the highest quality food, locally sourced with an international twist!
