Facilitation & Strategic Planning

From Board Level to Project Team level, Brompton Associates has experience in facilitating meetings to devise new goals/visions and the strategy to gain these. We manage the process of brainstorming through to planning the route map for groups. We understand the need for buy-in and the need to express emotions during this phase. We are experts as creating ‘safe’ environments for groups to do this.

Vision and Strategy Setting Programme – 5 x half day or one day workshops (monthly/Fortnightly)

Initial Workshop with team to agree end goals, measurements of success and realistic timeframes.

Second Workshop to start to set strategy (key milestones) as well as potential barriers to success

Third Workshop to agree each member’s contribution and the actions they need to take to move forward.

Forth Workshop to check in with how the team are working together, group dynamics, building a high performance team. Follow up on each member’s contribution – accountability.

Fifth Workshop to track progress, build in next steps for each member and potentially realign goal/strategy. Hand over process for continuation towards vision/goals to team.

Facilitation for Board Meetings – e.g where potential contentious issues need to be discussed, where key decisions need to be made, where group dynamics are preventing full input to the meeting.

Brompton Associates has experience in creating a ‘safe’ environment for issues to be discussed openly. We cover Facilitation from simple formality and time management of meetings to managing ‘difficult/emotive’ subjects that need to be discussed at group level.
