Rebecca is the founder of Brompton Associates. She began her career as a commercial lawyer and moved into management consulting before setting up her own business specialising in leadership and team coaching. She has been coaching leaders since 2004.
She brings her strong commercial awareness, compassion and humour to her role. Comfortable working at all levels including Board Level, Rebecca has guided many leaders to make the changes required in them first, that then allow them to gain high performance from those they lead.
She is passionate about helping to create thriving, exciting workplaces where collaboration brings amazing results.
Along with her Bachelor’s degree and qualifications to become a lawyer, Rebecca is a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master. She has a specialist diploma in Corporate and Executive Coaching and is committed to ongoing study of Transactional Analysis.
She is the author of three books and a Visiting Professor for London Metropolitan University.
Steve has wide ranging experience from within industry and consulting. He has a real interest in people & organisational development. Understanding how organisations and industries’ work both practically and culturally is a real passion too.
Steve was a senior line manager in Commercial Aviation where he led several major change programmes that involved both systems and cultural change.
He has continued this drive for large scale people & culture change in his consulting career. He has led numerous assignments ranging from leadership development, Vision & Strategy to Companywide engagement programmes.
Steve has a degree in sociology and psychology and is also a certified professional coach. He thrives on bridging the board room with the shop floor.
Caroline has diverse senior commercial experience which she combines with a passion for developing senior executives to their full potential. She provides executive coaching with an emphasis on developing high performance, leadership, team management and business outcomes.
She works with senior executives and their teams within a range of industries including retail, service, insurance, banking, PR, pharmaceuticals, executive search, consultancy, training and marketing services.
Prior to becoming a coach in 2002, Caroline held senior line management positions including Sales Director and Operations Director (main board) in a variety of industries including retail, recruitment consulting, financial services and Insurance.
She has developed and run large nationwide teams over multiple sites, been involved in business acquisitions, and developed marketing, training and development strategies.
Isabel is an established leader, having been Resident Director for Matthew Bourne’s New Adventures Dance Company.
During her successful 22 year career as a professional dancer and choreographer she worked with some of Europe’s most innovative directors; performing principal roles in London’s West End and taking centre stage on Broadway.
Throughout her time as Resident Director she coached and mentored groups and individuals from all walks of life.
Performing made her aware of the power of relationships. She learnt to know herself and understand her impact on others. She has amazing skills of listening beyond the words and is highly intuitive, she is able to get to the heart of a situation fast. Isabel is a graduate of the Organisational Relationship and Systems Coaching programme ORSC. Her specialism is in group work, in particular focusing on the quality of the relationships and dynamics of a sytem. Her passion is to enable teams and organisations to perform at a high level of effectiveness and exceed their potential.
Isabel is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, CPCC (endorsed by the International Coaching Federation, ICF).
She has worked with organisations such as AstraZeneca, NCH, Royal Borough of Kingston, British Gas, British Airways, Greenpeace and Royal Mail.
Simon is an experienced, pragmatic and insightful trainer and facilitator. He takes a rounded approach to develop efficient and effective teams.
He has over 23 years leadership experience as a senior officer in the Royal Air Force and is very familiar with the challenges presented in building, leading and maintaining high performance multi-disciplinary teams. He has led a variety of teams in a wide range of technically complex and demanding environments, both nationally and internationally.
Additionally, Simon has over 8 years training and business consulting experience across a mix of sectors that include central and local government, defence, education, health, construction and utilities. He relishes designing and delivering bespoke training to engage and stimulate his audiences.
In addition to his Masters degrees, Simon is an expert Lean process improvement practitioner specialising in its application in the project, office and service environments. He is also a Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Strengths Deployment Inventory (SDI®) trainer. Combining NLP with his Lean skills means that he is able to address all aspects of implementing effective collaborative working.
Neil is focused, thoughtful and straightforward, and has been described as having a particular talent for demystifying complex situations and rapidly identifying the crux of any issue. During 18 years as an Officer in the Royal Navy, he worked in Human Resource Management, Logistics and Operations in a variety of environments and locations. This background enables him to relate to a wide range of clients, and his training in coaching, mentoring and management allows him to understand the real issues they face, and work with them to identify and achieve constructive goals.
Pragmatic and adaptable, Neil uses a range of coaching and facilitationapproaches to suit the preferences and requirements of each client. He has coached clients from all 3 sectors, from junior managers to Directors and, although academically and professionally qualified, his preference is to focus on workable solutions, expressed in plain language.
In addition to a degree and postgraduate diploma in management, Neil has a certificate in coaching and mentoring and is a qualified practitioner of the MiRo Psychometric Assessment tool. His experience as a leader and manager has earned him Fellowship of the Institute of Leadership and Management (FInstLM).
Theresa spent 18 years in the advertising industry with over 10 years at Board/Executive Board level. Her last Corporate role was as Head of Sales at Emap Advertising with a budget of £160m and a team of 180 people.
She therefore understands the challenges of working at a senior level in dynamic industries and is comfortable working at all levels from C-suite through to middle managers.
She re-trained as a certified Coach & NLP Master Practitioner in 2005/6 and has since been accredited by the Association for Coaching.
She has worked in many different market sectors including media, advertising, publishing, training, finance, recruitment, construction & healthcare.
She specialises in leadership development, communication & resilience-building bringing her own unique blend of warmth, honesty and humour to bring about sustainable behaviour change thereby dramatically improving business outcomes.
